Job Description DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Associate Customer Solution Specialist, located in Zuchwil Switzerland. The Customer Solutions department is an integral part of the Medical Devices strategy. The team develops and implements solutions that offer the customer clear added value and that enable Medical Devices to enter and/or strengthen strategic partnerships with our customers aligned with our VBHC strategy.

Responsibilities

Support implementing digital solutions for customers in optimization and standardization of clinical treatment paths, education, surgical excellence, sustainability, staff satisfaction and hospital logistics, using lean management, process excellence and change management principles to achieve set business goals.

Support overall project management and its timely and proper implementation, as well as coordination with external and internal partners.

Provide first‑level support and after‑sales services for implemented solutions.

Collaborate with product owners and development teams, commercial team, and platforms as well as cross‑functional teams (e.g., HCC, Legal, Customer Service, etc.) and EMEA functions.

Support in the acquisition of new orders in close coordination with the strategic account managers and business unit managers.

Help identify market trends and customer insights.

Profile

Strong communication skills and high empathy.

Independence and sense of responsibility.

Qualifications

Professional experience in a medical technology company, hospital, or consulting.

University degree (FH, ETH, University) in economics, health economics or medical training/studies with a strong inclination to implement e‑health topics.

Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

Knowledge of the hospital's internal procedures and processes and stakeholder management.

Project work experience, process excellence and change management.

IT affinity.
