The role acts as a key business partner to Project Management, ensuring effective cost control, products budgeting, forecasting and compliance with IFRS standards. The position also contributes to the continuous improvement of ERP controlling tools and reporting objectives:- Improve project profitability through cost tracking, forecasting and margin analysis.- Strengthen production cost control and financial inventory and IFRS-compliant financial reporting.- Support budgeting, forecasting and business decision-making with reliable financial analysis.- Enhance ERP and Power BI reporting processes to improve financial visibility and owner of cost accounting chart and businessResponsibilities:Project&Commercial Controlling- Monitor financial performance, profitability and cash flow of sales orders and long-term projects.- Analyze budget variances and prepare project accounting entries in compliance with IFRS 15 (revenue recognition principles).- Support Business Units and Project Managers with margin analysis, costing and risk assessment forecasting.- Prepare project KPIs and support internal and external audit requests.Industrial&Production Controlling- Maintain standard costs and analyze production cost variances.- Monitor KPIs and support manufacturing profitability analysis.- Perform support pricing and with Supply Chain Business and HR to ensure costing and reporting.Inventory&Cost Accounting- Perform activities during month-end reporting of raw WIP and finished physical inventory counts and inventory adjustments.- Compute obsolescence and slow moving items.- Monitor inventory processes and compliance with internal controls.Budgeting, Forecasting&Financial Analysis- Support annual budgets, forecasts and financial planning.- Analyze cost drivers and provide financial insights to management.- Support Capex tracking, investment analysis and fixed asset controls.- Contribute to and project cash flowSystems&Continuous Improvement- Lead and support the of project controlling and project management processes into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power as a key finance business partner in ERP enhancement projects, ensuring efficient project tracking, costing, forecasting and reporting within the ERP with Finance, and IT teams project management workflows and reporting financial reporting processes, and compliance with Group policies and internalEducation&Experience:- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with a recognized accounting strong knowledge of Swiss CO and IFRS is an asset- 5–8 years of experience in controlling, industrial finance or project controlling within a manufacturing environment- Strong expertise in production costing, inventory accounting, budgeting and project financial management- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central- Advanced Power BI skills- Advanced MS in or leading ERP and process improvement projects, particularly to project controlling, costing and finance- Strong understanding of ERP-based project management and financial tracking processes, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central- Stronganalytical, financial modeling and cross-functional business partnering capabilities in an environmentKey competencies:- Decisiveness&Accountability: Makes timely, sound decisions with a high level of ownership.- Business Acumen: Understands industrial and financial drivers in an environment.- Influence&Business Partnering: Builds strong and effectively across functions.- Adaptability&Resilience: Performs in a dynamic and evolving- Attention to Detail: Delivers reliable and structured- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented and focused on process- Manages multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.Languages:- English and French fluent spoken andWe offer an interesting job in an growing company, dynamic and working environment, possibility to work on projects and continuous professional growth.Passion for work, and adaptability, impact and influence, and decisiveness are the key we are lookingIf you are Swiss or EU citizen, or hold a valid work permit, please apply and send your full only inNote to recruitment agencies - we do not accept unsolicited agency resumes and we are not responsible for any fees to unsolicited CVs.
