Someone Working using a structured approach and withgood problem solving skills.We offer youA challenging position in an open and dynamic midsized employer within an international environment.Competitive compensation with great working conditions in a modern and innovative high-tech company.A long-term commitment and the opportunity to develop a rewarding career.Your MissionCustomer Complaints & Corrective Actions – Manage complaint resolution, corrective action reporting,and cross-functional collaboration.Reliability & Risk Analysis – Conduct MTBF assessments, defect rate evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies.Supplier & Process Quality – Ensure material compliance, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Product Development & Compliance – Contribute to FMEA assessments, internal audits, and adherence to quality standards.Training & Knowledge Sharing – Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologiesYour ProfileBachelor or Master Degree in mechanics, micromechanics, physics or an equivalent field.An initial experience in development, production or supply chain within automotive, semiconductor or aeronautics industry would be an asset.Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, functional analysis, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, Stratification, Flow Charts, Run Charts).Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards.Strong command of Excel; Minitab is a plus.Fluent in written and spoken English.Do you want to take up this challenge?We look forward to receiving your application!
