Role objective

As a Mechanical Industrialization Engineer, you will play a key role by adding production constraints and requirements to newly designed products. You will also support the optimization of existing ones throughout their lifecycle. Reporting lines&interactions

You will report directly to the Product Industrialization Manager within the Product Development department. Close collaboration with team members as well as cross-functional departments such as R&D, Production and Quality. Key responsibilities

Contribute to the development of new products to ensure readiness for industrialization Lead DFMEA and DFX analyses for new developments in collaboration with cross-functional teams Identify opportunities and propose improvements for existing products Ensure high-quality, up-to-date technical documentation for handover to OperationsAnalyze technical issues to support other departments and actively contribute to continuous improvement Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in industrialization or manufacturing. Experience / Skills

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role At least 3 years of experience using SolidWorks (or other CAD) Demonstrated background in mechanical design and production support activities Familiarity in large scale manufacturing environments (e.g., automotive, railway) is an asset Strong general knowledge of mechanical engineeringComfortable with technical documentation and schematic drafting Excellent understanding of product development cycles, manufacturing processes, and production readiness Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teamsProactive approach with a strong sense of initiative Practical, solution-driven mindset with a focus on results Ability to influence and contribute to design decisions Fluent in French and English We look forward to receiving your application and exploring how you can contribute to the success of Ecorobotix!
