E-commerce Marketplace Manager (100%), Winterthur

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who will drive and expand our international marketplace business.

Your Mission You will be responsible for the strategic expansion and performance of our brand across international marketplaces. This role is fully focused on marketplaces, from partner management and negotiations to performance optimization and international scaling.

Your Responsibilities

Expansion and management of international marketplaces (including Amazon, Zalando, etc.)

Identification, evaluation and onboarding of new marketplace partners

Negotiation of listings, visibility packages and promotional placements

Full ownership of Vendor and Seller accounts

Planning, execution and optimization of retail media campaigns (e.g. Amazon Ads)

Monitoring and analysis of key KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rate, ranking and sell-out

Continuous optimization of product listings (SEO, content, A+ content, brand stores)

Close collaboration with marketing, sales and external marketplace partners

Development and execution of international marketplace launch strategies

Your Profile

Several years of experience in marketplace management (not pure webshop/e-commerce roles)

Strong expertise in Amazon (Vendor and/or Seller Central)

Experience with platforms such as Zalando, Douglas Online, Notino or similar

Solid understanding of retail media and marketplace performance drivers

Confident use of analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio, Helium10, etc.)

Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on and structured working style

Fluent in German and English
