Leading software development teams for platform and machine-control projects Coordination of competence center resources together with project management Technical and methodological guidance and active support in development efforts Communication with management stakeholders as well as technical teams5 - 10% Mobility Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field At least 7 years of experience in OT/ICS development or industrial automation Proven experience in leading OT projects and teams In-depth knowledge of PLC and IPC based development projects: Experience in industrial environments (automation, mechanical engineering, robotics) and in machine and personal security, solid knowledge of software development with C and C++, Knowledge of embedded Linux, Experience with field bus protocols (EtherCAT, CANopen etc.), Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities Deep understanding of risks and mitigation strategies in OT environmentsFluent in German and English Our Offer
