Working closely with senior team members, you will play a vital role in the analysis, due diligence, and monitoring of potential investees. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in deal execution and investment management within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities

– Support the full lifecycle of investment transactions from term sheet through close, coordinating legal, financial, and strategic workstreams with internal teams and external advisors. Structure and negotiate deal terms (valuation, governance rights, pro‑rata, information rights) ensuring alignment with RISE fund's risk appetite and return thresholds.

Investment Committee Preparation and Governance
– Author Investment Committee memoranda, including thesis articulation, market sizing, competitive positioning, valuation modelling, risk matrices, and proposed terms. Maintain rigorous documentation standards across all Venture IC materials.
Portfolio Management and Value Creation
– Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned portfolio companies post‑close, conducting structured check‑ins, board observer duties, and milestone tracking. Support the Reporting Team with monitoring of financial and operational KPIs, flagging inflection points, covenant concerns, orfollow‑on opportunities.
Rise Fund Platform Development
– Support the build‑out and continuous improvement of Tether RISE fund’s Investment operating infrastructure around investment processes, deal flow tracking, portfolio management systems, and reporting cadences. Coordinate with the Expansion Team to improve the fund’s strategy through marketintelligence and ecosystem mapping.
Analytical Skills

Communication Skills
– Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
Qualifications
Education
– Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Professional Certification
– CFA charterholder or CAIA designation required (or demonstrable progression toward completion).
Experience
– 3–5 years of directly relevant experience across venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development, with a material portion of that tenure spent executing and closing transactions.
Technical and Analytical Skills
– Advanced financial modelling; strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of cap‑table management tools (e.g. Carta), CRM/deal‑flow platforms (e.g. Affinity, Salesforce), and data‑room management. Familiarity with portfolio management system tools is a plus.
Industry Knowledge
