Senior Accountant

to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of monthly and annual closings under Swiss Local GAAP (OR)

Prepare and reconcile accruals, provisions, intercompany transactions, and GL accounts

Ensure data quality and compliance with internal controls

Act as a key contact for internal and external audits

Support and mentor team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, SCM, Sales) to optimize processes

Drive improvements across finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)

Contribute to ERP enhancements and digitalization initiatives

What we’re looking for

Qualified Finance&Accounting professional (Swiss certification or equivalent)

6–8 years of accounting experience, ideally in an international/industrial setting

Strong knowledge of Swiss Local GAAP (OR) and tax topics

Advanced SAP and MS Office skills

Analytical, structured, and reliable mindset

Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach

Fluent in German and English
