Energy Accountant, Baar 1 Zustellung

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on controlling and reconciling our renewable energy payables and receivables. This will require close collaboration with internal Project Management, Finance, Monitoring and Billing teams, as well as external debtors/creditors to ensure invoices and accounting records are complete, correct, and traceable. Tasks Payment processing and reconciliation of CAPEX invoices against approved budgets, purchase agreements, and installer contracts. Coordination with Project Managers to validate project milestones, confirm payment eligibility, and resolve invoicing discrepancies. Payroll and other corporate payable duties, tracking against overhead budgets. Controlling of monthly energy revenue and costs. Ensure correct assignment to projects, legal entities, cost centres, and ledgers with the accounts booking teams. Improve and standardize payment, billing, accounting, and reconciliation workflows, including automation, system integrations, and process controls. Requirements Certification for accounting/controlling such as Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen, Fachfrau/mann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis or similar Background in Accounting with minimum 5 years experience in Receivable and Payable Management Strong analytical and hands-on mindset with good Excel/data skills Experience in Swiss energy markets billing, nice to have Proven track record in process improvement and experience with ERP or billing/accounting tools such as Innosolv and Abacus is a plus Benefits An attractive compensation package and exciting career development opportunities.
