Representing ADP and all the local&international services and products we can offer to our clients. Main responsibility is creating new business opportunities and ensuring deals are closed. Reporting directly to the Sales Director and maintaining relationships with local&international District Managers, Global Sales Managers, and stakeholders in the ADP organization (Implementation, Customer Service, Sales Support, etc.) to orchestrate the service excellence value proposition delivered to the customer. Owning and planning your territory or account approach in accordance with the Sales strategy and forecast.Profile: We’re looking for someone with:

Demonstrated sales aptitude in complex sales cycles and excellent closing skills. Strong sales background in business, financials, payroll, HCM&SaaS products/services. Deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the Swiss market. Ability to develop their ecosystem. Experience

Must‑Have: 5–10 years of sales experience in the Swiss market within the HCM, payroll industry and vendors, large technology companies, partners, preferred in the environment of Global Enterprise Sales. Fluent in Swiss German&English. Proven proficiency in "Account Plan" development and implementation of related complex sales strategies to secure large accounts. Experienced in new business closure at international level with C‑level interactions. Driven by success, results, and overachieving. Excellent communication skills, personal integrity, and positive attitude.Knows how to act within an international matrix organization. You are located in Zurich office, Switzerland. Benefits
