Responsibilities&Qualifications

Multilingual psychologists (DE/FR/IT) for a fixed 80‑100% workload.

Psychological counseling via phone and chat for employees on various topics such as work, relationships, family, social, health, etc.

Conduct telephone debriefing after traumatic events.

Telephone counseling for leaders on different leadership tasks (handling psychologically stressed employees, addiction at work, etc.).

When qualified, conduct workshops and training for employees and leaders.

Requirements: Completed Master’s degree in Psychology.

Experience in psychological counseling (preferably solution-oriented).

Excellent oral and written language skills in at least three of the following languages: German, French, Italian, English.

Ability to perform regular on‑call duties to ensure 24/7 service availability.

Proficient use of various digital communication tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
