Basic gardening and groundskeeping knowledge (specialized gardening and landscaping services are provided by an external company). Technically adept and manually skilled, with the ability to carry out minor repairs, maintenance work, and practical household tasks independently.Language skills: – Fluent in German (spoken and written) – Good level of English (spoken and written) – French is considered an advantage Valid Swiss driving license (Category B) with confident and responsible driving experience.
