Site Manager / Project Manager Heating - Industrial Piping - HVAC 100% (M/F) Overview

Join Groupe E Tech as a Chef de chantier in HVAC! Exciting projects await. Within this role, you will work on varied technical projects including the installation of heating plants, their refurbishment as well as the creation of industrial cooling hydraulic networks. This position offers great autonomy, concrete responsibilities and the opportunity to participate in important projects in a work environment based on transparency, openness, knowledge sharing and mutual support.Tasks

Plan and supervise HVAC project execution from start to finish. Coordinate teams and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain client relations and propose innovative technical solutions. Mission

Plan, organise and supervise projects from offer to invoicing, respecting quality, deadlines and profitability objectives Develop execution plans and files with all technical and commercial data Participate in site meetings and ensure operational follow-up Coordinate internal teams and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with current standards and safety regulations Study, calculate and negotiate offers and bids Conclude contracts in coordination with management Maintain commercial relations (advice, offers, follow-up) Maintain close relationships with clients, engineering offices, architects, authorities and industrial partnersPropose modern, innovative and economically optimised technical solutions Provide technical support to technicians, entity managers and specialised fitters Ensure technical monitoring and propose improvements adapted to market developments Qualifications

Federal VET Diploma in building HVAC and industry technology ideally complemented by project management training Experience in HVAC project management, site supervision and subcontractor coordination Good knowledge of hydraulic assembly IT: proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge of WinOD and/or Business Central is an assetExcellent command of French, good knowledge of German is an advantage Driving licence required Sense of responsibility and results orientation Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Autonomy, initiative and entrepreneurial approach Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientationFlexibility and team spirit Benefits
