You coordinate safety policies, risk management processes, safety reporting, investigations, audits, and performance monitoring to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and promote a proactive safety culture. The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:Maintain and administer the organization’s SMS framework, manuals, procedures, and related documentationCoordinate SMS implementation across departments to ensure consistent application and understandingCoordinate and track follow-up actions for SRB (Safety Review Board) & SAG (Safety Action Group) meetingsTrack progress on safety initiatives and follow up on assigned actions to closureFacilitate hazard identification and risk assessment activities (e.g., workshops, operational reviews)Promote and manage safety reporting channels (confidential/voluntary reporting, occurrence reporting)Coordinate SMS training and awareness programs for employees and contractorsYour ProfileDegree (Bs/Ms) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Aeronautical EngineeringMinimum 3 years of practical experience in the aviation industry, with relevant experience in SMSStrong knowledge of quality systems, processes, and safety regulationsKnowledge of EASA regulations (Part 145, Part M, Part 21G, Part 21J), SMS, AS9100, Human FactorsFamiliarity with quality and safety management tools, concepts, and methodologiesStrong analytical skills and orientation to detailSelf-starter with initiative and problem-solving skillsRigor and ability to manage multiple prioritiesCuriosity and continuous improvement mindsetFluency in both French and English (written and verbal); German is a plusIf you are looking for a challenging position with the opportunity to grow in a truly international company, please send your application (resume, letter of motivation, reference letters and diploma) through our website .
