At our location in Puidoux, we are looking for an engaged and flexible person as:After-Sales Service Manager 100%Your tasks- Manage and support a team composed of approximately 6 service technicians and 3 internal staff.- Provide first-level technical support to service technicians for any technical questions.- Design and lead product training, including continuous skills development and regular updating of the service technicians' skill profiles.- Ensure the management and monitoring of the maintenance contract portfolio.- Plan on-call services as well as team leave.- Organize and lead regular team meetings.- Supervise the management of tools, equipment, and spare parts, including monitoring vehicle inventories.Your profile- You hold a basic qualification in plumbing, heating, or the after-sales service sector and have several years of professional experience.- Ideally, you have already held a similar position and completed further training in the service sector.- You are accustomed to leading and training a team, as well as providing competent support.- Thanks to your autonomy and sense of responsibility, you keep a cool head even in the most stressful moments.- You master German orally and in writing.
