Laboratory Technician, Châtel-Saint-Denis

At our headquarters based in Châtel-Saint-Denis, we are looking for a:MissionWithin the R&D department, you will actively participate in the development of our cosmetic products in support of the team.Main responsibilities- Carry out tests within the framework of product development and formulation projects- Apply formulation protocols and contribute to the continuous improvement of methods- Prepare samples, prototypes, and bulk products necessary for the different development phases- Participate in the monitoring of industrial pilots- Ensure the archiving of products as well as paper document management- Manage samples, raw material stocks, and laboratory consumables- Ensure the quality of formulas through the performance of organoleptic and physico-chemical checks as well as through the implementation of stability tests- Ensure metrology activities: calibration, maintenance, and monitoring of laboratory measuring instruments (scales, pH meters, viscometers, microscopes, etc.)Profile- Degree in chemistry, biology, or cosmetics, or equivalent- Confirmed experience in a cosmetics laboratory- Experience in the performance of stability analyses and physico-chemical checks- Solid skills in bench work and monitoring of pilots- Good knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and their implementation- Mastery of French (read, written, and spoken)- Good mastery of standard computer tools- Excellent sense of organization and rigor- Methodical, autonomous, and organized, dynamic and proactive- Excellent communication skills and good team spiritStart date: JuneContract: 6-month fixed-term contract (100%)Interested?You will have the opportunity to evolve in a stimulating work environment, while developing key skills within a Swiss luxury company specializing in skincare.
