Technical Operations Coordinator, Vevey

As part of the development of its activities, Climkit is strengthening its technical department. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be at the heart of project execution, with a cross-functional role combining field work, technical support, and project management. This position is aimed at a profile capable of evolving in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment with significant responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesTechnical management&support- Ensure daily monitoring of technical operations (commissioning, support)- Accompany partners in the deployment and monitoring of projects- Contribute to the management of the technical support team- Intervene in technical project support- Participate in the planning and deployment of large-scale projects- Coordinate various stakeholders: engineering firms, general contractors, architects- Guarantee the fluidity of exchanges and compliance with deadlines- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes&tools and lead internal technical training (onboarding, skills development)- Train partners on equipment and procedures- Structure technical support and documentation- Participate in the sharing of best practices with partners- Be a reference technical contact point for partners- Contribute to the development and quality of Climkit solutions with sector stakeholdersYour profile&experience- Engineering degree or equivalent (electricity, photovoltaics, technical engineering, energy)- Experience in a technical environment (ideally photovoltaic or electrical)- Experience in project management or technical support- Habit of working with multiple stakeholders (field + office)Key skills- Ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously- Technical understanding and ability to simplify complex concepts- Ease in multi-stakeholder management- Excellent communication skills (FR/EN essential– DE a plus)- Sense of initiative, autonomy, and rigor- Interest in training and knowledge transferConditions- Activity rate: 100%- Hybrid model (1 to 2 days/week at the Vevey office)- Regular travel in French-speaking Switzerland- Driver's license B required- Start date: to be agreedWhat we offer- A key role at the heart of project execution- Direct exposure to growth challenges and evolving responsibilities based on your skills development- An agile, field-oriented, and impact-driven environment- A team committed to the energy transition jid84a4b49aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
