The Role We're looking for a frontend‑leaning full‑stack engineer who can own features end‑to‑end. Someone who obsesses over user experience, ships fast, and isn't afraid to jump into the backend when needed. You'll work directly with our Head of Product and a senior backend engineer to build and refine our web applications. You'll talk to customers and the team, shape the roadmap, and see your work in production. This isn't a "ticket factory" role. We want high agency product engineers—people who care about why we're building something, not just how—then get things done.

What You'll Do

Build&ship features—from concept to production, across the full stack

Own the frontend experience—create intuitive, performant interfaces that users love

Collaborate with product&customers—understand needs, propose solutions, iterate

Use AI to move faster—we expect you to leverage the latest AI dev tools and services to ship smarter, faster, and safer

Contribute to architecture decisions—your input matters

Support&mentor—help teammates and occasionally assist with technical customer queries

Requirements Must-haves

5+ years of professional software development experience

Strong frontend skills (React, TypeScript, modern CSS)

Comfortable working across the stack—you've touched backends, APIs, databases

Proven ability to ship features independently

Excellent communication—you can talk to engineers, product people, and customers

Fluent English (French, German, or Dutch is a plus)

BSc in a CS/IT/IS field required, MSc preferred but not mandatory
