We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d) (IT) - RZ in Rotkreuz. You will work on the development of a complex system for molecular diagnostics. In this sensitive environment where precision is critical, you will be responsible as a Test Automation Engineer for ensuring that our software algorithms and hardware interfaces function flawlessly. You will act as a Software Engineer in Test (SET) and utilize modern methods such as Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to bridge the gap between requirements and technical implementation. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be jointly responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated test strategies for our molecular diagnostic platforms. This includes both software-side security and the validation of physical interfaces through the use of state-of-the-art robotics solutions (standard market solutions as well as customized in-house developments). Your work contributes directly to ensuring that diagnostic results in the laboratory are available quickly and with absolute reliability. You will work in a technologically demanding field that combines the safety of Rust with the agility of modern CI/CD processes to perfect life-saving medical technology. Tasks
