Overview

As a New Product Development Specialist at Firehouse Subs, you will support the brand's expansion across EMEA and Australia by bringing new and existing products to market. Responsibilities include commercialization, localization, menu innovation, and supply‑chain collaboration. Responsibilities

Lead product development and launch of new and existing items across EMEA markets and Australia. Support concept and product testing to generate consumer insights and validate innovation ideas. Drive localization of global products to meet regional needs. Develop and maintain partner and supplier networks to support product localization and growth.Guide suppliers on product standards and coordinate the product approval process. Collect and analyze marketing and consumer data to support decision‑making. Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with internal partners (Operations, Supply Chain, QA) and external suppliers to bring products to market.Collaborate with franchise partners to launch new products successfully. Qualifications&Experience

3+ years in New Product Development, Food or Beverage Innovation. Previous experience in QSR, FMCG, or food manufacturing required. Bachelor’s degree in Food Marketing, Food Science, Food Engineering, or Nutrition. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze marketing and consumer behavior data.Excellent interpersonal skills– ability to influence stakeholders at higher levels. Fluent in English and eligible to work in Switzerland without sponsorship. Work Schedule

RBI follows a 5‑day, in‑office work schedule. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. Benefits
