Firmenprofil For our clients in the pharma industry in Zug/Zurich and Basel we are looking for an E2E Supply Chain professional available to start on short notice for the next 6 months with a take‑over option. Hybrid work model.

Aufgabengebiet Your key responsibilities will fall in the following task areas:

Demand&Supply Planning

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing

Translate demand plans into feasible supply and inventory strategies

Balance demand, supply, and capacity constraints to ensure availability

Inventory&Performance Management

Optimize inventory levels (service level vs. working capital)

Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level, stock coverage

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (shortages, excess stock)

S&OP / Cross‑Functional Alignment

Support and drive the Sales&Operations Planning (S&OP) process

Align demand, supply, and financial planning cycles

Act as key interface between Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance

Operations&Execution

Manage order flows, replenishment, and product availability

Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities if required

Ensure timely and accurate execution of supply chain processes

Data Analysis&Continuous Improvement

Analyse supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities

Develop dashboards, reports, and planning insights

Drive process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives

Anforderungsprofil

Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar

3-7 years experience in Supply Chain Planning / Operations in the pharma industry or similar

Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven approach

Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP / IBP / APO / Excel)

Solid understanding of E2E supply chain processes

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Fluent in German and English
