Unlimited.** At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.Please note this is a full-time position (40 hours/week) on a fixed-term contract for 2-6 months, with the option to further extend the employment.* Take end to end ownership of planning and delivering Medical Education meetings and programmes, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all participants* Partner closely with Medical Education teams, healthcare professionals, vendors and internal stakeholders across Switzerland, DACH and international regions* Manage all logistical elements of events, including venues, travel, registration, technology, budgets and compliance requirements* Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the event lifecycle, from pre-event planning calls to on-site delivery and post event reviewTo succeed in this role, you will combine strong organisational skills with a customer focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Solid experience in meeting planning or event management, ideally within a medical or regulated industry, with confidence managing complex logistics and budgets* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, vendors and internal stakeholders across different countries* A high level of attention to detail, professionalism and compliance awareness, with the ability to meet strict deadlines* Very good knowledge in **English, German and French** (written&spoken), with Italian considered a strong advantage, and flexibility to travel when required**You.
