Experience in corporate/international tax, transfer pricing, or M&A taxation. Experience in Big 4, multinational corporations, or holding structures. Strong expertise in BEPS, Pillar 2, DTT, CFC rules, and IPO tax strategy. Proven track record in transfer pricing compliance (Master File, Local File, CbC reporting). Hands‑on experience in tax structuring, cross‑border payments, and financial modeling.Ability to manage tax audits, disputes, and regulatory compliance. Fluent English, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP, Oracle, or tax software. Key Responsibilities
1. Tax Structuring&Optimization
Develop optimal tax structures for the group to minimize tax liabilities. Analyze and propose restructuring models for holding structures. Assess tax benefits, double taxation treaties (DTT), and international tax regulations. 2. Transfer Pricing (TP) Compliance&Strategy
Develop and implement transfer pricing policies within the group. Conduct functional and economic analysis to determine fair market pricing. Prepare Transfer Pricing Documentation (Master File, Local File, CbC Report). Manage interactions with tax authorities on TP-related matters. Design a tax-efficient strategy to prepare the company for IPO.Identify and mitigate tax risks in financial reporting for public listing. Ensure transparent ownership structure to attract investors. Advise on employee stock option plans (ESOP) and tax implications on compensation. 4. M&A, Divestitures&Reorganizations
Evaluate tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and restructuring. Structure deals to minimize tax exposure and liabilities. 5. International Tax Planning
Assess tax risks associated with international expansion. Develop tax-efficient strategies for cross‑border operations. Manage risks related to CFC rules, Permanent Establishment (PE), and tax residency. 6. Tax Authority Engagement&Dispute Resolution
Prepare responses for tax audits, inquiries, and compliance checks. Handle tax disputes, appeals, and litigation when necessary. Defend the company’s tax positions in negotiations with authorities. 7. Tax Reporting&Compliance
Ensure timely submission of corporate tax filings across jurisdictions. Monitor regulatory changes (BEPS, Pillar 2, ESG taxation) and implement necessary measures. Maintain compliance with global tax frameworks and reporting obligations. Establish internal tax guidelines and risk control mechanisms.Provide tax training to finance teams and senior management. Implement robust tax governance frameworks to prevent financial penalties. Working Conditions
