FPA Analyst
plays a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and investor relations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strategic insights for shareholders, management, and the Board.
Key Requirements
Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or Big Four (Valuation, M&A, Due Diligence).
Experience in fintech/IT is an advantage.
Financial modeling skills are a big plus.
Strong understanding of financial statements (BS, P&L, Cash Flow) and core finance/accounting concepts.
Knowledge of RAS and IFRS basics, including financial consolidation.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare consolidated Cash Flow statements per company guidelines.
Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets, prepare quarterly forecasts.
Conduct monthly financial analysis, monitor budget variances, and track execution.
Generate ad-hoc reports for Financial Controller, CEO, and Board.
Investor Relations&Business Reporting:
Prepare structured business updates for shareholders.
Develop presentations for the Board of Directors, including strategic and financial reports.
Support company valuation, investor engagement, and financial modeling.
Analyze market trends and competitor performance.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory standards.
Working conditions
