For our client, an international boutique trust company in Switzerland, Zug, we are looking for a German-speaking Accountant. Tasks

Independent management of client accounting Preparation of interim, monthly, and annual financial statements in accordance with OR Management of financial accounting including liquidity planning Management of payroll accounting Connection of social insurances including annual declarations Technical management of 2-3 clerks/apprentices (also international)Contract management Assistance in the compliance process Preparation of tax returns for legal entities Control of tax assessments and tax invoices Support and advice on international and national client mandates Processing client payments Preparing, maintaining, and updating client dossiers Digital and paper filingPreparation of minutes and powers of attorney Assistance in setting up and establishing companies Participation in internal meetings Leading professional presentations for internal training Technical management of 2-3 clerks/apprentices Requirements

Commercial training Completed further training as a trustee FA / accountant FA At least 5 years' experience in trusteeship, preferably in an international environment PC skills (Windows / Office / Sage / Abacus) Skill in dealing with clients Friendly demeanor, even in difficult situations Quality awareness (annual accounts, documents)Flexibility and ability to work under pressure Proactive attitude Motivated and self-organized Independent and proactive work style Good team and communication skills Accurate working methods Efficient and productive work Willingness to learn Interest in further education Good written and spoken English and German skillsOther languages are an advantage Benefits
