Product Manager Business Aviation (a) Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams including suppliers to design, certify and bring to the market aircraft enhancements and options for the PC-12&PC-24

Identify product opportunities and recommend projects, develop business cases and support investment decisions

Manage baseline aircraft and options definition, and oversee pricing strategy with margin optimization

Initiate and manage scope of requirements (SOR), and coordinate configuration and equipment list content

Lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps

Coordinate engineering inputs and project budgets, as well as collecting inputs and ideas supporting innovation and preliminary project investigations (PPI)

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Aviation

Minimum 8 years of experience in aircraft product development

Good understanding of the Business Aviation market

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Fluent in English; German is a plus

Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
