Aviation E-Learning Designer for LMS/TMS Solutions, Stans

TXT e-Swiss SA , a company of the

TXT Group , is looking for an

Digital Storyboarder / Instructional Designer

to join its Switzerland-based team. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of an innovative

LMS, CMS, and TMS

ecosystem for the aviation sector, delivered to a prestigious international client.

Key Responsibilities

Design and development of E-learning content, including peer reviews.

Creation of structured lesson plans aligned with defined training programs and regulatory requirements.

Management of Quality Assurance activities and version control across all E-learning projects.

Close collaboration with Engineering teams and other departments to validate technical content and ensure accuracy.

Additional Responsibilities

Active contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, standards, and learning methodologies.

Support the growth of the team and the development of operational best practices.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aeronautical or related fields.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Proven experience in E-learning content development and use of authoring tools (E.g., Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Cornerstone LMS, EdCast LXP, etc.).

Experience using SCORM methodology.

Solid understanding of learning technologies: LMS, CMS, TMS.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Aviation background/passion (pilot or aircraft maintenance technician).

Knowledge of the German language.

Soft Skills

Ability to work effectively in an international environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
