Responsibilities

Develop innovative calibration production processes for state-of-the-art PM2.5 modules

Analyze data to drive continuous improvement with cross-functional R&D teams within Sensirion

Optimize existing calibration processes to boost production efficiency and quality

Develop, build and test custom measurement equipment, driving it from prototype to production

Qualifications

Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, physics or a related technical field

Strong ownership and proven ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams

Hands‑on mindset with programming and data analytics skills, relevant work experience is a plus

Highly organized with strong communication skills in German and English
