Your Tasks

You will be responsible for developing, designing, and enhancing state-of-the-art PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) for our drones, including schematics, layout, and commissioning Your role will involve developing and implementing advanced test equipment and procedures to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our dronesThroughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production, you will provide technical expertise and guidance You will be tasked with debugging complex electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance Collaboration with hardware and software teams is essential as you work to integrate electrical systems seamlessly and optimize the overall drone performanceStaying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements is vital as you continuously explore new technologies to drive innovation within the drone field You will have the opportunity to mentor and support junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team Further details apart from the job description as well as information about the company are available during the application process.Your Benefits

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field You bring extensive experience (5+ years) in the design, development, and testing of PCBs (ideally for drones or similar applications) Proficiency in using ECAD software and tools for PCB design is a fundamental skillProgramming skills in languages such as C/C++ are a plus An understanding of drone-related regulations and safety standards would also be a valuable asset You have a proven track record of successful project management and delivering projects on time and within budget Your excellent problem-solving skills, combined with a meticulous attention to detail, set you apartStrong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for this role TechMinds GmbH
