Non-exhaustive list of activities&tasks Be an ambassador for the Hotel and its F&B departments, including the gourmet Restaurant Chez Meyer’s, Jack’s Brasserie, the Breakfast, the Sushi bar and the banquets. Manage the F&B operations with the team in the absence of the Manager, guaranteeing F&B service operations are up to Relais&Châteaux standards. Comfortable with all types of service: à la carte, banquet, gueridon service, buffet, and others. Welcoming and serving customers, anticipating their needs. Managing cash operations and ability to achieve sales targets (upselling and others). Ensure that the restaurants service runs smoothly, from order taking to customer departure.Assisting in the management of beverage supplies, ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained in line with hotel occupancy forecasts. Ensuring closing and opening procedures of the F&B outlets are in compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards. Playing an active role in coordinating banquet in collaboration with the Chef, helping to develop menus tailored to customer preferences while ensuring effective cost management. Knowledge of food and wine pairing. Holder of a qualification (CFC or equivalent) and with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.Prerequisites

Language skills German, plus French or English. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments of the hotel. Must have a real interest in their profession: motivation, involvement, and energy. Versatility and flexibility. Excellent presentation and team spirit. Main Qualities
