In 2018, our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world's first autonomous dry-cleaning robot for industrial use– the K900. The first employee was hired in November 2019, and the company now has almost 60 employees at its site in Eschlikon TG. Together we are revolutionizing how global logistics and industrial companies keep their facilities clean and safe.Mission
You are the strategic architect for European market growth, ensuring KEMARO achieves its goal of 100% growth in the Europe region through a high-performance sales organization and rigorous financial management. Responsibilities
Revenue&P&L Responsibility:
Hold full accountability for the European sales budget, managing the regional P&L to achieve the 100% revenue growth target. Team Leadership&Performance:
Lead the Swiss sales team and provide functional and disciplinary guidance to Area Sales Managers. Strategic Pricing&Margin Management:
Implement new price structures and optimize dealer margins to accelerate market penetration while protecting bottom-line profitability. RaaS&Software Sales:
Drive the 'Robotics-as-a-Service' (RaaS) approach and promote the sale of software licenses and system integrations to secure high-margin recurring revenue. Partner Management:
Lead the global Channel Management organization with direct reporting responsibility and execution of channel strategy. Qualifications
Sales Experience:
Several years of leadership experience in international sales of complex capital goods, with direct responsibility for regional P&L and revenue targets. Scaling Mindset:
Proven track record in building partner networks and managing high revenue growth within a scale-up environment. Strategic Acumen:
Experience with RaaS business models, margin control, and negotiation of enterprise-level framework agreements. Language Skills:
Business-fluent in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage. Benefits
