Intern Corporate Controlling (a) 50-70%, Rapperswil

Main Tasks Explore opportunities provided by modern technology like SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, AI, RPA, MS Fabric and MS Office 365 to identify and evaluate technology enabled process improvements within Geberit Corporate Controlling. Your main tasks will be:

Strengthen the use of collaboration platforms like SharePoint and MS TEAMS to improve processes and help the decision‑making process inside the controlling team

Work with Corporate and Local Controllers to design new reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights

Be involved in specific reporting projects / analyses in the wider Geberit Group as well as in various user trainings and preparation of training materials

Participate in, and assist with, the day‑to‑day operations of the group Controlling Team

Help to prepare periodic reporting, financial statements and related reports

Education and Qualification You are close to completing your university studies in Accounting, Controlling or Business Administration, and you are considering a future career in the Geberit Finance area after the internship. In addition, the following points distinguish you:

First working experience in Controlling, Finance or IT

Practical experience to work in a project driven environment

Effective, audience‑focused communication skills and ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders

Team player with assertiveness and organizational skills

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
