The Vaudois Hospitals (FHVi) is the preferred partner of 12 regional hospitals and healthcare institutions in the canton of Vaud. The FHVi supports them in the numerous challenges of the digital transformation of the healthcare sector and its main missions are to plan, design, implement, and operate the information system. There are more than 120 employees serving the healthcare sector for a fleet of more than 10,000 workstations spread over a hundred geographical sites and across three cantons (VD, VS, FR).On-Site Service (Equipment– 100% field-based)Do you enjoy field work and concrete technical challenges?Do you wish to evolve in an environment where your responsiveness, sense of service, and IT skills make a difference on a daily basis?Then this opportunity is for you!As an on-site technician, you will be on the front line to ensure the maintenance and deployment of equipment in hospitals and healthcare institutions in the region. At the heart of the action, you will be the direct point of contact for users to guarantee reliable and responsive service.Main missions:- Install and configure equipment and resolve hardware and software problems encountered by users.- Apply maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for IT and medico-technical equipment.- Ensure the update of the corporate asset repository (ITSM).- Represent the FHVi with professionalism, attentiveness, and pedagogy.Profile sought:- CFC or ES diploma in IT (or title deemed equivalent).- Driver's license – numerous regional trips are to be expected.- Minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance and deployment of IT equipment.- Mastery of Windows environments (OS, Active Directory, SCCM) – essential skill.- Proven ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.- Autonomy in organizing work while knowing how to collaborate effectively in a team.- Ease and sense of service, allowing interaction with users of varied profiles.- Rigor and precision in the application of maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.- Knowledge of the hospital sector is an appreciated asset.Languages:- French: very good oral and written command.
