HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? In this pivotal role, you will define and drive the long‑term Public Relations and Press strategy for our Maison, directly linked to its vision. You will lead its effective implementation across all markets, collaborating closely with HQ teams and regional partners, with the objective of significantly enhancing brand awareness, desirability, and engagement. This includes shaping our global image, managing key spokespersons, and fostering strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities Public Relations&Press Strategy

Define and drive the Maison's long‑term PR&Press strategy, ensuring alignment with its vision and measuring success.

Lead operational implementation of PR&Press principles across all levels (international, regional, local).

Develop and manage the Maison’s spokesperson strategy, including essential tools and guidelines.

Detailed Scope Public Relations

Develop global and local Ambassador programs, maximizing existing and identifying new A‑list collaborations.

Cultivate and engage the watchmaking community (influencers, media, collectors).

Define strategies to expand Maison desirability to new communities.

Orchestrate key visibility moments (e.g., Red Carpets, Premieres).

Press

Formulate and execute the Maison’s press strategy, covering mapping, targeting, messaging, and events.

Select and animate a worldwide network of influential journalists.

Oversee press strategy implementation across all markets.

Establish and monitor KPIs for press performance.

Team&Budget Management– Transversal Collaboration

Lead, organize, and develop a team of two, focusing on performance and efficiency.

Manage budget and reconciliation for the scope.

Serve as the main contact for image reputational risk and crisis management.

Maintain strong synergies with internal departments (Product Marketing, Brand Activations, Events, Client Experience, Commercial, High Watchmaking).

Nurture close links with regions and markets to ensure global strategy is locally implemented.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Minimum 15 years of experience in Public Relations&Press, ideally within the luxury sector and on an international scale.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and management skills (team&budget).

Proven ability to inspire, unite, and drive teams towards common performance objectives.

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

Extensive and influential press&PR network.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong project management and problem‑solving capabilities.

Highly collaborative team player: enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient.

Fluent in English and French.
