We are looking for a Manager Consultant to join our Financial Accounting Advisory Services team in Geneva. This role focuses on advising clients on accounting standards, finance function transformation, reporting processes, and internal control.

Your key responsibilities

Support clients in implementing new accounting standards and transforming their finance function, reporting processes, and operating model.

Collaborate with EY FAAS leadership in Switzerland to develop and execute strategies for individual clients.

Work with specialists from different departments and subject matter experts in an integrated service delivery model across functions in an international team.

Ensure the team fully understands the client's business needs to develop client deliverables that are client‑focused, clear, accurate, and well‑presented.

Deliver work in a timely manner and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Engage and develop new opportunities related to FAAS projects, solutions, and relationships.

Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role you must have:

Bachelor or Master degree, complemented with a further relevant professional education (e.g., Swiss Certified Accountant, CPA, or ACCA).

6‑8 years of relevant experience in audit and/or consulting, including expertise in latest IFRS developments.

Proactive, flexible, and team‑oriented from concept through implementation of projects; intellectual curiosity and willingness to go “the extra mile.”

Ability to leverage relevant external networks and build internal relationships in a fast‑paced international environment.

English and French are required.
