Reporting to the Senior Affiliates Supply Manager, the role ensures optimal product availability to serve all customer channels (stores, wholesale, travel retail, e‑commerce) while maintaining healthy and cost‑efficient inventory levels.In this role you're key focus will be :Act as the key Supply Chain contact for purchase forecast demand managementApplie the Daily Management System (DMS) and proactively manages business exceptionsAnalyse inventory performance and initiates corrective actions to meet service level, inventory, and execution targetsMain responsibilities :Acts as the key interface between local affiliates and central teams to ensure:Product availability across affiliate warehousesOptimized inventory planning and stock deploymentEfficient order‑to‑delivery executionOptimization of supply chain and inventory-related costsSimplification and reduction of non–value‑added processesMaintenance and accuracy of Planning Master DataAdditional responsibilities include :Leading the Replenishment Planning process, balancing customer service targets, finished goods inventory, and replenishment costsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives in replenishment, inventory management, and system utilizationDeveloping a strong end‑to‑end understanding of supply chain operations (inventory control, warehousing, logistics, transportation)Actively contributing to cross‑functional forums such as S&OP / SIOP, fostering data‑driven discussions and actionable outcomesHow you can fit :+3 year's experience in a similar role combining supply chain, logistics and customer service knowledgeStrong system expertise in SAP S4, PBI reporting toolsProven track record in order processing and/or inventory planningAbility to work collaboratively with multiple types of stakeholders (internal partners and external suppliers, etc.) and to manage relationships with strategic partnersExperience and ability to work in a multi-channel distribution network, in a business with high seasonality.Excellent communication skill, leadershipContinuous improvement attitudeAt ease in a fast-paced and complex environmentPositive mindset and open-mindedEnglish fluent, French a plusWhat we offer :As a Living Wage Certified employer, we guarantee that all our compensation practices meet or exceed established living wage and fairness standardsWe are committed to continuous learning and professional development to help every employee grow within our organizationStaff Discount to use on all your favorite L’Occitane en Provence productsFixed-term contract for 12 monthsStarting date : June 1st jid7406c14lo jit0623lo jiy26lo
