Mechanic-Adjuster in shifts 100%For our site in Domdidier which has more than 450 employees, we are looking for aMechanic-Adjuster in shifts 100%The Stamping department has more than 50 employees, including 15 mechanics-adjusters in shifts and 24 machine operators. You will work on high-precision equipment as well as stamping and assembly lines. This position requires strong autonomy and technical expertise to guarantee the quality and continuity of production on automated lines.What does the job consist of?- Adjust, troubleshoot, and ensure the proper functioning of stamping presses and production/assembly lines- Participate in machine maintenance and the commissioning of new equipment- Monitor production, enter data, and document interventions- Manage spare parts movements and participate in inventory- Collaborate closely with the teams to guarantee line performance and participate in continuous improvement actionsWhat do we expect from you?- CFC in the mechanical field or similar with 2 to 3 years of experience in the industry- Basic knowledge in mechanics and electricity, good knowledge in pneumatics, and solid knowledge in hydraulics- Good ability to perform adjustments, diagnostics, and maintenance on automated lines- Mastery of the French language- Solution-oriented, team-spirited, and stress-resistant- Willingness for professional development- Open to working in 2x8 shiftsWhat do we offer you?- You want to work for a modern, technology-oriented company and market leader?
