Our CARIFY Entrepreneurship Program (CEP) p is a kickstart into the mobility startup world for sales-driven enthusiasts who want to see the full picture— from end customers to partners to big business clients. Three stations, one steep learning curve, zero boredom.
Start date: 8/2026 - upon agreement
Tasks
You'll spend 12 months rotating through our three sales worlds, each station about 4 months, so you leave knowing how the entire mobility sales funnel actually works.
- Station 1– B2C Customer Success: You start where it all begins: close to the customer. Solve real cases, talk to real users, and build the empathy and product knowledge every great salesperson needs.
- Station 2– Partner Account Management: You switch to the other sides of the marketplace. Manage relationships with our car dealer and mobility partners, learn the supply side inside out, and grow into a trusted account manager.
- Station 3– B2B Demand&Fleet Managment: You take everything you've learned and aim it at our biggest leads&clients. Acquire, convince, consult and become a real expert in mobility sales.
Along the way, you actively shape CARIFY, work directly with our founders&the head of sales, and engage with a diverse team which common denominator is that they are all very driven :)

- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset&solution-oriented thinking
- Be passionate about winning in a competitive market and creating the best experience for our customers and partners
- Have a kick-ass mentality and take ownership from week two
- Have excellent communication skills - you'll be talking to a lot of different people
- Native German-speaker and proficiency in English; French or Italian are a plus
