Product Manager– Reporting (80-100%) Shape the future of healthcare with us. At CISTEC, we develop and operate KISIM, one of Switzerland's leading clinical information systems. Our product supports medical professionals, nursing staff, and specialists in everyday clinical practice – from regional hospitals to university hospitals, from psychiatry to rehabilitation.Tasks

Detailed elaboration and refinement of requirements with customers and specialist departments (focus on innovation area). Development of standardized solution concepts with a focus on added value for all customers. Promotion of standardisation: reduction of customer‑specific isolated solutions in favour of maintainable and reusable standards.Professional evaluation and structured prioritisation of requirements to support strategic product development. Support product management in prioritisation and roadmap planning. Creation of analyses and specifications for the development and further development of the reporting module. Creation and revision of product and training documentation.Conducting customer training sessions and workshops. Participation in sales activities such as tenders, presentations, and trade fairs. Profile

Practical experience with KIS(IM) systems and/or digital documentation systems. Academic university degree in medicine, medical informatics, business informatics, or comparable training in healthcare. Strong strategic and analytical skills and a structured, solution‑oriented working style. Knowledge of software development and product management is an advantage.High self‑motivation, resilience, and stress tolerance. Strong communication and consulting skills and enjoyment in professional exchange with customers. Very good German language skills (spoken and written); English or French skills are an advantage.
