Executive Coordination&Administrative Support

- Support the management of day-to-day priorities, calendars, and scheduling for senior leadership

- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure smooth logistical execution

- Handle complex travel arrangements, including itineraries and related logistics

- Assist with email drafting, correspondence tracking, and stakeholder communication

Project&Operational Support

- Own and execute smaller projects independently, ensuring timely and structured delivery

- Maintain and organise documentation, presentations, and meeting follow-ups

- Prepare briefings and materials for leadership meetings, internal communications, and events

- Actively track action points and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Event&Stakeholder Coordination

- Support the planning and execution of workshops, offsites, and leadership sessions

- Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners

- Act as a professional and welcoming point of contact for high-profile guests and partners

Office Support&Team Enablement

- Ensure efficient information flow and organisation within the leadership office

- Triage incoming requests, prioritize tasks, and flag urgent matters proactively

- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive topics

- Contribute to a positive, professional, and high-performing team environment

Six-month assignment with potential for permanent positionWork at the heart of executive leadership within a fast-growing global company

- Max 4 years of experience in coordination, executive support, or project administration

- Experience in the service industry is an advantage

- Experience in a fast-paced, international, or entrepreneurial environment is highly valued

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail

- Fluency in English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills

- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs

- The ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining composure

- High level of discretion and professionalism when working with confidential information

- A hands-on attitude and willingness to go the extra mile in a dynamic environment

- A confident and polished presence when interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners
