Your Impact
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and valued from their first interview to their offer letter.
Manage complex scheduling, coordinate interviewer panels, and set up interview rooms or virtual links across multiple time zones.
Arrange seamless travel and accommodation for out‑of‑town candidates to ensure a stress‑free journey.
Take on strategic research and talent sourcing projects to help find diverse, top‑tier talent for niche roles.
Collaborate with People Operations on cross‑functional initiatives, such as onboarding handoffs and HR data audits, to bridge the gap between candidate and employee.
Maintain pristine data integrity within our recruitment technology stack to keep our processes moving smoothly.
Your Profile
Highly adaptable tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to pick up new tools, browser extensions, and platforms instantly.
Master of logistics who can look at a chaotic calendar and find the perfect window for multiple busy executives without double‑booking.
Exceptional communicator possessing top‑notch written and verbal skills with the ability to write warm, professional emails.
Discreet and trustworthy professional who understands how to handle sensitive, confidential candidate and employee data with the utmost care.
Bonus Points
Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or executive assistance.
Experience as a Lever Power‑User or familiarity with similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Slack.
Internship Details:
Start date: any time of the year and always on the 1st of the month
Duration: 6 months
Workload: 100% (Full time, Onsite)
