Founder's Associate / Working Student (Part-time), Zürich (Kreis 11)

Uthereal is an ETH Spin-off, AI startup building the next generation of expert AI systems. We help individuals and organizations transform specialized knowledge into reliable, privacy-first AI solutions.

Backed by EWOR and Innosuisse, and led by PhDs from ETH Zurich, we are working to make expert knowledge more accessible, scalable, and valuable.

Role Description You will work directly with the founders on some of the most important business priorities at Uthereal. Your work will span strategy, operations, business development, fundraising, and growth.

One week, you might help evaluate a new market opportunity or refine our pricing strategy. The next, you might coordinate a key company initiative, prepare materials for investors, improve an internal process, or push a promising partnership forward.

What you will do

Support strategic projects across growth, operations, fundraising, and business development

Research markets, competitors, customer segments, and new opportunities

Help prepare investor materials, business cases, and decision‑making documents

Coordinate important cross‑functional initiatives and keep them moving forward

Improve internal processes and introduce structure where it creates leverage

Support customer, partner, and investor conversations where relevant

Work closely with the founders to prioritize and execute high‑impact projects

Who You Are

Highly analytical, organized, and proactive

Fluent in English; German is a plus

Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution

Able to break down complex or ambiguous problems and make progress independently

A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing

Curious, ambitious, and energized by fast‑moving environments

Interested in startups, AI, and company building
