This role is a challenging and interesting position within Legal Financial Products&Institutionals as a legal structured products documentation specialist. Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain all required documentation for structured products, including issuance prospectuses, term sheets, and Key Information Documents (KIDs) in five languages. Manage the issuance process and oversee listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange through Internet Based Terms (IBT). Execute lifecycle events, including processing corporate actions.Coordinate closely with exchange representatives and other external stakeholders. Provide general legal and regulatory support relating to structured products. Qualifications

Commercial training, ideally in banking, law, and/or economics. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience at a corporate law firm or financial service provider, preferably in structured products. Knowledge of Swiss banking and contract law, including FMIA, FinSA, MiFID II/MiFIR, and EMIR. Dynamic, flexible, and capable of working independently and in groups.Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented. Excellent command of English and German; additional languages are an asset.
