This position is aimed at senior bankers who manage their own client relationships and are looking to operate within a more entrepreneurial structure. The role focuses on advising high‑net‑worth clients, expanding existing relationships, and developing new business using the firm’s platform and specialist resources.Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients Develop new client relationships through personal networks and referrals Provide tailored wealth management and investment advisory solutions Collaborate with internal and external specialists on client strategies Act as a trusted point of contact for clientsAdhere to regulatory, compliance and governance standards Candidate Requirements
Background in private banking or wealth management Existing client relationships with investable assets from CHF 1 million+ Good understanding of the Swiss wealth management environment Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independentlyEnglish fluency required; additional languages beneficial The Platform Offers
