Manager / Senior Manager Transaction Services, Zürich (Kreis 11)

Overview

Help our clients with dedicated support for transactions across a wide variety of industries and circumstances, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and structured investments. Work across buy‑side due diligence, sell‑side assistance, vendor due diligence, and deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.Collaborate with other experts to rapidly understand the client’s business and issues, and articulate findings in high‑quality reports. Operate in a diversified, international environment covering multiple industries. Work with a network of highly talented experts. Key Responsibilities

Conduct buy‑side due diligence and sell‑side assistance. Provide vendor due diligence and deal/negotiation support. Develop rapid understanding of client business and issues. Articulate findings and deliver high‑quality reports. Required Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree with background in finance (CPA or CFA preferred). At least 5 years experience providing financial due diligence and transaction‑related services to large companies and private equity fund clients. Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirementsin accordance with IFRS or US GAAP.Fluent in English; other languages is a plus. Proactive, empathetic, and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients. Willingness to travel for client assignments or business matters. Key Skills

Excellent analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and additional analytical software tools such as PowerBI and Alteryx. Active listening, coaching and feedback, compliance with accounting standards, contractual risk mitigation, creativity, data analysis, and interpretation.Business valuations, deal structures, due diligence research, earnings quality, and cash flow analysis.
