Role Overview

Account Manager Private Banking (AM PB) supports Relationship Managers by overseeing account administration, documentation compliance, daily operations and project tasks impacting account management in our Private Banking division. Responsibilities

Client Administration&Management

Ensure accurate, high‑quality client documentation formalities (CDB, account opening forms, and relevant legal forms) at all times. Professionally manage operational account tasks, clearing system alerts directly or via RM when investment advice is required. Participate in client meetings and lead parts such as documentation, compliance and other client requests when appropriate.Maintain client key data in CRM, ensuring data integrity and accurate relationship upkeep. Interact with clients independently and professionally across all aspects of account management. Support RMs&Team Heads (THs) in client relationship tasks (systems, applications, processes, documents), delivering high‑quality, precise, and timely responses. Cover client interaction during RM or TH absences. Compile presentations, draft investment proposals, and support marketing activities. Provide clients with customized information, reports, and statistics.Manage RM/TH calendars, prepare client meetings, organize business trips, and complete post‑processing of client calls, meetings or trips independently. Business Management

Manage internal projects affecting RM relationships, solving administrative issues and ensuring all relevant systems and documentation are current. Collect and share relevant information, ideas, findings, and research with colleagues to improve processes and increase productivity and quality. Organise work efficiently and compliantly, ensuring timely and appropriate reporting to superiors.Conduct reviews, plan ahead, and document own work consistently. Provide professional input on process improvement proposals based on experience or observed incidents. Proactively manage the expense claim process for RMs/THs. Risk Management&Controls

Support risk management (first line of defence) by raising concerns, following up on issues, and escalating when necessary. Ensure adherence to local regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards (e.g., new account openings, payment instructions, reviewing client phone calls). Collaborate with RMs and THs to ensure timely clearance of pending items and escalated deficiencies.Maintain ethical and compliant behaviour within the area of responsibility. Document client interactions and orders clearly and appropriately in tools such as CRM, DiAS. Qualifications

Knowledge of geographic markets covered with familiarity of legal, regulatory and cultural context. Profound understanding of relevant products, services, tools in Private Banking. Advanced knowledge of global financial markets and current industry developments. Education&Experience

At least 5 years as an ARM, or 3 years as an ARM plus a relevant higher degree (Bachelor, CFA, AZEK, CAIA). Strong language skills (verbal and written) tailored to specific market requirements. Proven track record in servicing banking clients with complex needs (on‑boarding, extending relationships).Completion of the internal AM PB training programme. Equal Opportunity Employer
