Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners to support deal execution. Use solution selling to respond to customer needs, build strategic long‑term partnerships, and position Salesforce solutions through value‑based selling, business‑case definition and ROI analysis.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, exceeding monthly and quarterly targets by selling into enterprise accounts within your assigned market sector. Partner with senior Account Executives to develop your enterprise sales skills and contribute to Salesforce growth across the Switzerland region.Qualifications

2 or more years of experience in a quota‑carrying sales role with a proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles and own territory management. Self‑driven, curious, humble, and coachable, with strong business and sales acumen and the ability to engage effectively across diverse buying centres.Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Proven track record of exceeding sales quota, ideally in SaaS or CRM solutions. Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to diverse buying centres within Enterprise customers (Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, Procurement). Prior experience in CRM application sales, SaaS solutions, or a specific industry vertical relevant to the Swiss enterprise market. Benefits
