Market Developer Manager Retail– EMEA Distribution, Zürich (Kreis 11)

We’re looking for an experienced professional to develop retail channels for our construction materials across EMEA region. This newly created role can be based in any country in Europe where Sika operates, with regular travel across the region (approximately 30‑40% of working time). Key Responsibilities

Develop retail channels (home centers, hardware stores, online shops) across the EMEA region in close collaboration with local marketing teams. Lead different key accounts in retail in the region. Define and implement the regional retail channel strategy in collaboration with Corporate Distribution, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.Drive the growth of key retail channels, including Hardware Stores and Pure Internet Players (PIP). Provide guidance and support to priority countries and areas to enhance channel performance and address specific needs. Integrate innovation and sustainability into the retail channel strategy to meet corporate goals and customer expectations.Develop an omnichannel strategy to improve the customer journey by seamlessly integrating online and offline experiences. Work with the Key Account team to strengthen relationships and align trade channel initiatives with key account objectives. Track sales performance and profitability, ensuring targets are met while identifying areas for improvement.
