Take ownership of complex frontend solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and long‑term maintainability Partner closely with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high‑quality user experiences Deliver high‑quality, production‑grade React and TypeScript code for complex financial applicationsAddress advanced frontend challenges such as state management, performance optimisation, and integration with distributed backend systems Proactively refactor and modernise existing codebases where required Support troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis in both development and production environmentsContribute actively in an agile, fast‑paced, and highly collaborative environment Qualifications

Extensive, hands‑on experience in JavaScript and TypeScript with a strong focus on React at enterprise scale Deep understanding of modern frontend ecosystems, tools, and frameworks (React, Node.js, build tooling) Proven experience working with design systems and large, shared component librariesSolid understanding of Unix/Linux environments and bash scripting Experience in the financial services or other highly regulated industries is a plus Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Exposure to API security, OAuth2, and related standards Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence technical direction Proven ability to thrive in agile, cross‑functional teamsBenefits
