KAM for Major Accounts: Full revenue and profit responsibility for complete bids (budget>CHF 15 million) Negotiate contracts, monitor and measure customer satisfaction Position new themes and identify up- and cross-selling opportunities Sales Manager: Team leadership and responsibility for the largest account Requirements profile KAM for Major Accounts: At least 5 years of experience as a key account manager for major accounts with a budget of several million eurosExperience in target industries within the Swiss market Proven track record as an account developer Ability to abstract, able to identify customer needs and translate them into demand, structured approach C-level communication skills Sales technology knowledge in areas such as: Cloud services, IAAS, PAAS, SAAS, ERP/CRM, traditional outsourcing, infrastructure servicesSales Manager: Similar to KAM for major accounts + leadership experience Soft skills Highly self-motivated, willing and able to make a significant contribution to the development of the business Seek autonomy and can use it to benefit the business Customer satisfaction and quality focus are importantStress-resistant, able to coordinate, motivating, analytical, service-oriented, open, collegial, interested in new developments Supervisor Sales Manager, resp.
